As a small business, we pack each order by hand and with great care. For details about delivery times, national and international delivery, as well as our return and refund policies, please click the relevant heading below.
UK
- Order by 18th December to receive your parcel in time for Christmas, orders placed after the 18th December may not be guaranteed arrival till after Christmas due to closures.
USA
- Order by 11th December to receive your parcel in time for Christmas, orders placed after the 11th December may not be guaranteed arrival till after Christmas due to closures.

UK Deliveries
- FREE standard delivery on orders over £55
- £4.99 standard delivery on all orders under £55. All items are sent via tracked delivery.
- While we aim to have your order with you within 7 working days, please check your tracking information and allow up to 14 working days for delivery before contacting us.
- Please note a signature may be required.
- During the summer months, we offer a Travel-sized kit which features scent tins instead of jars. This kit has all of the same components but at a reduced delivery cost and fits in most UK letter boxes.
- We ship smell training kits internationally using a tracked service.
- Your shipping cost will be added at checkout and is charged at a flat rate, no matter how many items you order.
- Delivery time to most destinations is usually less than 2 weeks, but can take up to 3 weeks.

United States
All customs fees and tariffs are paid by Scent Recover at time of shipping. There should be no additional fees to pay on arrival.
European Union
Unfortunately, we do not ship to EU countries at this time.
Please accept our apologies if you have received an incorrect or damaged item. Just pop us an email at info@scentrecover.com and we will do our best to resolve it.
We are sorry that you were not happy with your purchase from Scent Recover and are happy to refund any item if it is incorrect or faulty. Unfortunately, we cannot refund items due to a change of mind, as our products are sealed for health protection and/or hygiene purposes. Therefore they are excluded under the cancellation rights afforded by the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013
Please follow our simple step-by-step guide below.
STEP 1
Please get in touch with our Customer Services through email at info@scentrecover.com. You will need your order number to hand, this can be found on your order confirmation email.
STEP 2
If your item arrived damaged, please email a photo.
STEP 3
Upon request, pop your item in the post back to us, with the address provided by our advisor. Unfortunately, we can only cover shipping costs if there is a problem with your order. Should this be the case our advisor will arrange a pre-paid returns label to your address.
STEP 4
Your refund will be completed within 10-14 days of us receiving the package.
We aim to refund all returns 14 working days after we have received the item.
